34 Mexico’ sees Ariana Ruiz, acclaimed bartender from Licoreria Limantour (which has featured on the World‘s 50 Best Bars for the last five years), cross the Atlantic to showcase the fourteenth Best Bar in the World‘s unique spin on contemporary and classic cocktails, over five consecutive nights from 5pm – 11:48pm, until the 34th hour tolls.
Head Chef Harvey Ayliffe has developed a menu of Latin American flavours including tempura courgette flower filled with Chipotle cheese, tuna tostadas and corn croquettes with Serrano mayonnaise and pomegranate molasses. Expect to enjoy influences ranging from Frida Kahlo, the colourful streets of Condensa and a strategically placed cactus or two.

The Ascuas featuring Monkey 47, amontillado sherry, roasted watermelon, fiery Togarashi, lime and orange bitters; the Mr Pink with Plymouth Gin, pink grapefruit, rosemary, lime and orange bitters and the Black Forest Punch with Absolut Elyx, tawny port, lemon, Ancho Reyes liqueur, hibiscus water, cinnamon and cardamom.
