Taking place at his restaurant ‘FOOD’ in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, brain cancer survivor Lawson, Raymond Blanc OBE, The Diary's Robin Gill and Hide's Ollie Dabbous are cooking using only seasonal ingredients which activity benefit the brain. Aiming to raise £10,000 for Brain Tumour Research Campaign, each chef will create a beautifully presented dish free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Tickets to ‘brain food’ are priced at £150 per person.
