Located on the 8th floor of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the Michelin-starred Le Grill (with its nautical-themed decor) offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Mediterranean and of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. The menu showcases classic Mediterranean dishes and unsurprisingly plenty of charcoal-fired meat and fish and their house speciality since 1898 is their legendary soufflé, available in chocolate, raspberry and Grand Marnier. At night, the roof panels retract so that diners can gaze at the stars above. Also, open for breakfast.
