The first of its kind to take place in the in over a decade, the White Truffle Auction showcases Istria’s culinary specialities, whilst raising funds for The Felix Project, a charity dedicated to saving food and changing lives.
Hosted by Sartoria’s Francesco Mazzei and chef Tom Aikens, dine on a three-course truffle-adorned menu whilst sampling Istrian wines, Grappa and other regional specialities.
Between courses, bid on some of the world’s largest and most coveted white truffles from Istria - holder of the world record for the largest (and most expensive) white truffle ever foraged. The White Truffle Auction is being held on Wednesday 14th November 2018, with prices for tables starting from £3,000.
