Modern Mexican cuisine comes to DTLA, with the new opening of Tocaya in the Atelier Building on Olive.

With 12 locations already successfully crafting fresh-casual modern Mexican cuisine in Southern California, The Madera Group is launching a new location for Tocaya Organica in Downtown LA next Monday. 

Located on Olive Street, inside the luxury apartment building Atelier, the new restaurant is filled with bright wood and overhanging lush greenery rfeaturing an open kitchen, stand-alone bar, and floating staircase that leads to a swanky upper mezzanine area.

Tocaya Organica was founded in Venice, CA in 2016 with a mission to inspire better eating. The fresh-casual restaurant serves Modern Organic Mexican cuisine with a chef-driven menu committed to sustainability and the use of locally-sourced organic ingredients. Tocaya Organica caters to a variety of dietary preferences including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free, and uses sustainable fish and meats that are free of hormones, steroids and antibiotics. 

Downtown LA is the 13th location of the rapidly expanding brand which is slated to have six further stores open by the end of this year.
