The Garden Café x Drink Factory

The Garden Café is partnering with Tony Conigliaro’s Drink Factory to serve a one-off menu with bespoke paired cocktails.

For one night only, the Drink Factory team is taking over the bar at the Garden Museum’s restaurant, presenting new cocktails created to complement the flavours of a four-course menu from The Garden Café team.

The dishes and cocktails are led by seasonality, taking cues from the ingredients available from the museum’s gardens, and have been designed in collaboration to create innovative flavour combinations. The food menu has been created by The Garden Café’s Harry Kaufman (formerly Lyle’s and St John) and George Ryle (formerly Primeur and Padella), while drinks have been overseen by Zoe Burgess, Head of Research and Development at the Drink Factory and partner in Untitled, Dalston. The dinner takes place on Thursday 4th October, with tables available between 6.30pm and 9pm. The menu is priced at £55 per person.

 

Signature Dishes

Mallard liver parfait with pickled cherry, paired with a black tea-based cocktail; crab and sweetcorn alongside wild mushroom and Jerusalem artichoke broth, paired with a sherry-based drink and Mallard with quince and cobnuts served with a rose and port cocktail.
