James Beard Award-winning chef Jessica Largey to leave her Los Angeles’ Arts District restaurant.
Housed in a sprawling, “industrial deco” space in the Arts District, Simone is the first solo venture from the former Manresa chef de cuisine. Here she offers produce-driven California cuisine inspired by her background in fine dining restaurants yet presented in an accessible and laid back style.
However, the chef is now set to leave the restaurant, with a new menu due to debut under chef Jason Beberman.
Simone is a partnership between Largey, Bruno Bagbeni, and film director Joe Russo.
