Let the good time be-gin. This October with the launch of Simon's gin-asium, a month-long celebration featuring a limited edition of crafted cocktails, unique homemade gin infusions, gin-inspired paired dishes (from their G&T - Gin & Tapas menu) and even a gin trolley where you can pimp your G&T.
