Multi-award winning Grégoire Berger is hosting a Four Hands Dinner with Chef Himanshu Saini of the progressive Indian restaurant, Tresind.

Voted one of the top 10 best chefs in the world, Gregoire Berger, Chef de Cuisine of Ossiano is joining forces with celebrated Chef Himanshu Saini of Carnival Tresind Dubai for an exclusive Four Hands dinner. This very special 11-course menu (available on October 19th & Saturday 20th) fuses Western and Indian flavours with the very best produce from land and sea. Dishes include: oyster and caviar pani puri, chili duck and hoisin pressed sandwich, and a blossoming king crab and coriander ‘floral garden’ to name but a few. Prices start at AED 950.
