Beggars Banquet Celebrations

Celebrate the anniversary of the Rolling Stones’ Beggar’s Banquet album launch with this tribute evening...

The Rolling Stones hosted a a mock-medieval banquet to celebrate the launch of their 'Beggars Banquet', album on the 5th December 1968, in the Elizabethan room (become Bar 190, pictured) at the Kensington Gore hotel - which resulted in a food fight with custard pies. To mark the 50th anniversary, The Gore are staging a tribute evening to pay homage.

The evening includes a dinner at the hotel's 190 Queens Gate Restaurant, a one-hour Swinging 60’s London guided bus tour of the band's related locations in West London before a concert with the ‘Not the Rolling Stones’ tribute concert - in the original location for the Beggars Banquet album launch. Tickets cost from £79 + booking fee.
