La Reserve beach club takes over Les Jumueaux beach club, an institution for more than 30 years. Amid this new chic and super stylish yet bohemian atmosphere, a few details recall the heady pop-art vibe of the original Tropezian era - with bright colors accentuating the use of natural materials and surroundings. 

The menu has been devised by Eric Canino, Chef of the Michelin-starred La Voile restaurant at La Réserve Ramatuelle - dine on considered Mediterranean sharing dishes. Think meat and freshly caught grilled fish cooked on the wood-fired barbecue accompanied by vegetables enhanced with local aromatic herbs, some of them straight from the hotel’s vegetable garden. Open daily from 11am to 8pm in high season.

Tempura zucchini flower & mint ricotta; salmon ceviche with coconut milk, lime and red pepper; marinated and grilled lamb skewer with smoked tomatoes and cumin and garlic and fennel grilled sardines.
