Enjoy a true rustic experience of Lebanon with guests chefs from Tawlet restaurant in Beirut.
In early October, the Ceru team travelled to Lebanon as part of a four-day trip to cook with female chefs at the cult Tawlet restaurant in Beirut, as well as touring other parts of the country to cook and imbibe with local artisan food and wine producers.
Ceru have returned the invitation and invited the chefs to their restaurant in Soho, to cook their own traditional dishes from the mountain villages - for a shared dining experience for two nights only. Both nights feature a set menu that combines the kaleidoscopic flavours and colours of the Levant with ingredients all souced from London markets.
