Hovarda

An Aegean bar and restaurant in Soho, from The Good Food Society - the group behind Yosma and Frescobaldi restaurants. The term ‘hovarda’, which is used in both Greek and Turkey, playfully references a generous host with a free spirit. Hovarda on Rupert Street embraces this through its luxe first floor cocktail bar and ground floor restaurant, with interiors designed by Lázaro Rosa‐Violan. The space features a large open kitchen and counter dining overlooking the open fire grills. The menu focuses on dishes from the area surrounding the Aegean Sea - with an emphasis on seafood. The restaurant features a daily-changing menu determined by what the day boats catch each day from around the British Isles, alongside a more extensive Aegean-inspired menu. Hovarda has an impressive line-up of Balearic DJs. 

Bagatelle

Bagatelle, the international modern French restaurant concept has opened an outpost in Mayfair. Widely recognized as a New York staple and institution, the flagship location in the Meatpacking District continues to thrive after nearly a decade in the neighborhood. Hailing from France, owners Aymeric Clemente and Remi Laba teamed up in 2008 to create a modern bistro-restaurant that is wholly French Mediterranean in atmosphere and cuisine with an ambiance reminiscent of a bustling Parisian bistro, with classic decor and architecture paired with chic and bold artwork, lively music, and a relaxed vibe. The London restaurant serves up their classic South of France inspired signature dishes, boasting a unique spin on French classics alongside cocktails and an impressive wine list. Bagatelle's signature music program features world-renowned DJs with many coming from the various international outposts. 

MNKY HSE

A restaurant bringing a vibrant blend of London style and Latin American spirit to Mayfair. Serving high-quality, contemporary Latin American food and drink, alongside live music and DJ performances - with Pablo Peñalosa Nájera manning the stoves - previously at the Four Seasons in Bogatà and Morimoto in Mexico City. Expect contemporary Latin American food "combining traditional elements of Latin American cuisine with modern British seasonal ingredients". Housed over two floors, with an intimate bar and lounge area upstairs and an eclectic restaurant downstairs -that evolves into a very different, night-time setting with international DJs from Mykonos, Ibiza, Berlin and Tulum. 

Ruya

An enticing dining concept, from Dubai, that explores the rich history and diversity of Anatolian food. Inspired by restaurateur Umut Özkanca’s Istanbul heritage, Ruya offers a taste of contemporary dishes from the various Anatolian regions, stretching from the Mediterranean to the Black Sea. Expect the menu to take you on a culinary journey through the food regions of Turkey with mezes from Marmara, Pides from the Black Sea region, olives from the Aegean Sea and kebabs from South eastern Anatolia. The design (by Conran & Partners) reflects the rich heritage of Anatolian and Turkish cuisine but with a modern style drawing upon elements of Turkish history and the meeting of Eastern and Western cultural influences from the Byzantine and Ottoman Empires to the present day. DJs play nightly. 

El Pastor Soho 

The latest outpost of El Pastor, taking over the former HIX site, dishing up their signature Mexican dishes that have secured El Pastor’s cult following. The menu serves the Mexican dishes that El Pastor’s fans know and love, inspired by the founder’s travels around the country. The 86-cover ground floor dining room references downtown Mexico City - inspired by “the grandeur of long-standing official buildings in downtown Mexico”, think - a mixture of terrazzo tiles, muted walls, chandeliers and hanging plants. Downstairs, there's the 'Mezcaleria El Colmillo' in reference to their nightclub in Mexico City - with a mezcal bar and “a house party vibe” complete with DJ decks and a Funktion 1 sound system and plenty of mezcals and tequilas.
