On Tuesday 13th November, Gary Usher is taking part in a guest chef dinner at Murano, where he is cooking alongside Angela Hartnett. It’ll be a very special one-off evening, as part of Murano’s 10th birthday guest chef series.
After a stint working under Angela, Gary has since gone on to open four of his own restaurants, all of them crowdfunded: Sticky Walnut, Burnt Truffle, Hispi and Wreckfish.
The menu Angela and Gary have put together is priced at £95 for five courses including sea bream ceviche with olive oil, fennel seed and barley cracker and pheasant Agnolotti, braising juices & grated walnut.
