Sexy Fish x Krug Brunch

Sexy Fish has recently launched its first Champagne brunch, created in collaboration with Champagne house, Krug. The new brunch menu (served every Sunday) includes 15 courses with dishes such as steamed bun with smoked salmon & caviar and sweet shrimp tiradito - all designed to complement the Krug Champagne. Resident DJs take to the decks, while you sip Krug and enjoy dishes from the new menu. The Sexy Fish x Krug Brunch is available every Sunday from midday to 4pm. The menu is priced at £125 per person for a minimum of two guests, including the full menu and half a bottle of Krug per person. 

Searcys at The Gherkin with Dom Pérignon

Searcys at The Gherkin sees in the festive season with four “diamond brunches” - this December - featuring Dom Pérignon Champagne. Each brunch (priced £120 per person) include a glass of Dom Pérignon 2009 and, at the bottom of each glass, sits a sparkling stone one of which is a full-cut diamond - one of which could be a genuine jewel - worth £1,000. The four-course brunch is a luxurious affair, offering a choice of pastries and smörgasbords, followed by the likes of bavette steak and red wine sauce with fried egg, and traditional eggs Benedict, Florentine or Royale topped with sustainable, organic Kasperskian caviar from the Swiss Rhône. Desserts include freshly made waffles with fruit compote, or chocolate ganache tart with malt ice cream and Guinness gel. The diamond brunches are being held on December 2, 9, 16 and 23 in the Iris Bar, Level 40, at the top floor of The Gherkin.

Cristal Dim Sum Sundays at Hakkasan with Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne

Hakkasan have extended its popular Dim Sum Sundays menu to include a luxe version featuring 2008 Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne. Hakkasan celebrates the ancient Chinese culinary ritual of dim sum with Dim Sum Sundays - developed over hundreds of years and its roots in the providing of sustenance and facilitating rest and conversation. The menu, available at Hakkasan Hanway Place, features a new four-course feasting menu of authentic dim sum dishes alongside signature cocktails and a half bottle of Cristal. Priced at £120 per person and available every Sunday from 12pm to 6pm until Christmas.
