Following the success of Ghee Indian Kitchen at Downtown Dadeland (and also in Miami Design District), chef Niven Patel is opening a second space with a new Italian concept. The farm-to-table restaurateur's new project (Italian for "herb") focuses on homemade pastas and dishes made with locally sourced ingredients - and produce from his own homestead farm - overseen by chef Tim Piazza (previously at Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink).
