NoMad Cocktail Pop-Up

Every Friday and Saturday night, the NoMad LA Coffee Bar presents a pop-up cocktail experience that transforms on a monthly basis to showcase a new theme.

Starting today, the first pop-up is “Mamma Guidara’s” a riff on the dinner series from NoMad New York, where the bar frequently offers Sunday-night, Italian family-style dinners, a nod to co-owner Will Guidara’s mom as well as classic red-sauce joints.

The NoMad LA bar crew will offer a menu of Italian-inspired drinks, including a sno-cone negroni that’s made with rye, Campari, a strawberry-infused white vermouth, Foro Amaro and St. Germain; and a limoncello fountain.

The kitchen, meanwhile, will provide a menu of snacks and desserts like rosemary-and-orange–marinated olives; ricotta and basil filled mini stromboli; arancini with truffle and fontina; chicken parm “sliders” on chive buns; and cannoli.

Next month, the team is planning Kentucky Derby theme, while in June, it’ll be all about baseball with a “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” pop-up.
