Restaurant Talvo

It is no wonder that Restaurant Talvo is considered the best gourmet restaurant in the Upper Engadine, it holds a Michelin star and it is run by renowned chef Martin Dalsass.

Situated in a striking seventeenth century Swiss chalet in the hamlet of Champfer, the restaurant has a refreshingly relaxed atmosphere, provided by the warm and cosy, wood-pannelled interiors. The fine setting of Restaurant Talvo matches the fine food produced by Martin Dalsass. His light, Mediterranean inspired cuisine uses exclusively top-quality products and bursts with taste, vibrancy and aroma. Open during the winter season.
