Kulm Country Club

A popular meeting place for guests and locals offers more relaxed, but nonetheless discerning bistro dining.

The two-storey Kulm Country Club (first opened in 1905), located in the grounds of the legendary Kulm Hotel - a synthesis of Art Nouveau and traditional Swiss style - comprises a wood-panelled first-floor restaurant with a large sun terrace overlooking the ice rink in winter and tennis courts in summer, plus a Alpine style lounge & bar area on the ground floor.

The restaurant offers modern, Italian-Mediterranean cuisine. Head chef and host, Daniel Müller, offers up regional “back to the roots” cuisine, using locally-sourced, fresh ingredients. Dishes include: tarte flambée with crème fraîche, bacon, onions and fontina cheese and sliced veal liver with balsamic sauce.
