Bubala - a Yiddish term of endearment promising to create mouthwatering, bountiful feasts that “just happen to be vegetarian”. The feast offers a vegetarian set menu (think spiced za’atar chickpeas and hispi cabbage doused in pear mostarda & crunchy hazelnuts), designed by both Helen Graham (Palomar, the Barbary and the Good Egg) & Marc Summers (Berber & Q) with organic wines by Modest Merchant and cocktails by Untitled Bar. Tickets are priced at £35, with an optional wine pairing an additional £20.
