Gunaydin Miami

Renowned Turkish-style steakhouse is taking a butchers with their first outlet in the US, slated for Miami.

Established in 1965, Günaydın began as a butcher shop in İstanbul’s Bostanci neighborhood and has grown to over 40 locations in Turkey as well as several branches in Dubai. Founder Cüneyt Asan actually mentored Salt Bae's Nusret Gökçe and his chefs.

Günaydın offers delicious high-quality meats (from their own farms in Turkey) in the form of kebabs, steak, meatballs, döner, home-made burgers, and lots more, all with authentic Turkish flavours. The menu also includes traditional mezze, freshly baked bread, plus traditional dessert options such as Kunefe, Katmer and Baklava. Design-wise think unfussy wood panelled interiors with hanging meats - in all their glory and an open kitchen.
