White Marmot Restaurant & Bar

Dine and view St. Moritz from the ski slopes of Corviglia in this retro-styled restaurant.

Continuing the legacy of master chef and gastronomy pioneer Hartly Mathis, who first provided sustenance for tourists here, Engadin St. Moritz Mountains has revamped this Alpine hotspot at Corviglia on the slopes of Piz Nair. The 160-seat eatery is enlivened by a 1960s-inspired décor of green, pink and black with a U-shaped central bar made from glazed lava stone washed in pale pink and an oversized statue of a marmot, the Alpine squirrel that gave the restaurant its name.  Chef Marco Moroni serves up modern-classic dishes, with a host of meat, fish and vegetarian options.
