A seafood-centric restaurant by “Top Chef” winner Jeremy Ford.

The Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Dean Max protégé returned to South Beach to open Stubborn Seed. His follow-up is this stripped-down indoor/outdoor restaurant (in the Coconut Grove development) serving up a seafood-centric menu. Designed by Celano Design Studio (also responsible for the design of Stubborn Seed), expect a “casual, refined ocean-centric dining experience with coastal cuisine" and a dining room featuring an open kitchen, raw bar, along with a waterfront cocktail bar. Afishonado is slated to open in 2020.
