Daniel Clifford is best known for his work at the two Michelin star restaurant Midsummer House and this is only the second time that Daniel has partnered with Tom. The two chefs have created a 13-course tasting menu, alternating between Tom and Daniel’s most popular dishes, to create a memorable feast.
Courses include Tom’s Storeo; Caviar, beetroot and blini; and celeriac and truffle, as well as Sour cream and chive pomme soufflé; roasted langoustine, cannelloni of squid and roasted cauliflower; and a dessert of pear, rose and artichoke. The menu is priced at £150pp, which excludes drinks.
