Great British Menu Chef Paul is visiting The Hind’s Head in Bray on 27th February and cooking some of his signature dishes centered around the produce of Cornwall, from his flagship restaurant Paul Ainsworth at No 6 which has held a Michelin Star for over 6 years. The six-course menu is priced at £90 per person.

Crab scones with venison carpaccio with horseradish, turnips, shallot and caper dressing; scallop with fines herbs, yukon gold and a ‘two row’ beurre blanc; chicken ‘Tournedos Rossini’ and a Trifle ‘Cornish’ with hibiscus poached rhubarb, blood orange and saffron.
