The boutique bolthole debuted in New York City’s Nomad (meaning north of Madison Square Park, pictured) neighbourhood in 2012 and spawned a second outlet in Los Angeles, with a third in Las Vegas. Housed in a 19th century, Grade II-listed building in Covent Garden, which is being transformed into a 91-bedroom hotel with much of the original architectural features preserved and woven into the design. Due to open in 2020, it will feature the first ‘NoMad lounge’ and, as with other NoMad hotels, will include a restaurant under the direction of Daniel Humm - who's also behind a restaurant in Mayfair's Claridges hotel - Davies & Brooks.
The restaurant has been inspired by Humm's time spent throughout Switzerland, California, and New York City - and rooted in the same traditions found at their critically acclaimed, Michelin three-star rated Eleven Madison Park. The more casual offering features his refined, seasonal European-American cuisine. Check back for further information.
