Michelin-starred chefs Claire Smyth and Anne-Sophie Pic are joining forces for a celebratory dinner honouring International Women’s Day.

As two of the world’s most celebrated chefs Anne-Sophie Pic and Clare Smyth, they will cook a special five-course menu to celebrate International Women’s Day (March 8) at La Dame de Pic restaurant within the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, in the City. Reflecting on their own journeys, they will each showcase a selection of signature dishes as part of the five course dinner, interacting with guests throughout the evening. Dinner is priced at £135 per person with an optional wine pairing priced at £85 - sourced from leading female wine-makers and producers.

Potato with dulse beurre blanc, herring and trout roe; turbot with smoked beetroot rose and a grapefruit, batak berry pepper and hibiscus emulsion and Wagyu beef with roasted wasabi, hispi cabbage parcels, geranium and Buddha’s-hand consommé.
