Aquiles, who has a string of hit TV shows to his name in Mexico is also a judge on Top Chef Mexico and behind restaurants in Houston, Texas, Playa de Carmen, Tabasco and most recently Sotero Restaurant in Pachuca, Hidalgo Mexico. Aquiles trained at Mexico’s Colegio Superior de Gastronomia and at Le Centre de Formation d’Alain Ducasse in Paris.
The indoor/outdoor restaurant overlooks the outdoor shopping mall’s new interior courtyard and Grand Avenue. Menu items include: roasted bone marrow tacos, duck tamales, truffle esquites and grasshopper guacamole. Check back for updates.
