Those attending the next Tastemakers dinner will be greeted with a cocktail, which you will be asked to name on the night. To follow, enjoy five courses - with two dishes per course - to taste-test from the sushi bar, hot dishes from the kitchen and desserts. After each course, put your culinary expertise to the test and judge each dish based on tast and execution. The dishes with the highest collective rating will be featured on July's Omakase menu.
Tastemakers at Nobu Berkeley ST is being held on 12 June 2019 in the Lounge Bar from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, priced at £100 per person including a cocktail on arrival, two tasting-sized portions of five courses and half a bottle of wine.
Sea bream with yuzu kosho and cucumber. almond milk mousse and beetroot caviar; King crab and sprout salad; pan fried seabass with soba risotto and grilled rib eye with aubergine puree and smoked corn miso.
