Celebrated bartender Jimmy Barrat is taking over Oblix East at The Shard, for a one-off opportunity to try six of his awe-inspiring creations.

Both Zuma and Oblix are part of the globally renowned Azumi Ltd, created and founded by innovative chef-restaurateur Rainer Becker and partner Arjun Waney. Jimmy has worked for Zuma for over 13 years, with his role as global bar development director having brought the group significant acclaim and multiple noteworthy awards, including listings in the World’s 50 Best Bars twice. 

Celebrated for his innovative approach to cocktail design, the menu Jimmy brings to London embodies his signature flair for working an abstract narrative into his drinks.
