Pubblica Italiana at The Celino South Beach

A relaxed fine-dining Italian eatery serving up authentic coastal-inspired dishes.

After a $110 million makeover, the former Art Deco Park Central Hotel on Miami Beach's Ocean Drive is transforming into the Celino South Beach Hotel -  and housing two new fine-dining restaurants, Pubblica Italiana and Dalia. Led by the team behind Byblos, Pubblica Italiana features Italian cuisine while Dalia has a more a of Mediterranean slant.

Chef Patrick Ochs, who is leading both concepts has previously worked at Scarpetta for Scott Conant and later Colicchio’s Beachcraft. Expect coastal-inspired dishes using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients - served inside the bright and contemporary interior atrium space. Check back for updates. 

Signature Dishes

Fried zucchini with whipped ricotta and truffle honey; braised short rib Cavatelli with a red wine reduction and pickled pearl onions, and Yellowtail snapper with caponata and tomato oil.
