The Italian communal dining experience is returning to Dubai for a second year.
Following the success of last year’s event at The Maine Oyster Bar and Grill, Milan-based Ma’ Hidden Kitchen is returning from March 18-23 on the terrace of the 39th floor of the InterContinental Dubai Marina.
The communal dining experience features a menu centred around 39 local and international ingredients - one for each floor of the hotel that lead diners to their seat.
The menu is based on Italian classic regional recipes mixing their own food culture from Northern Italy with Southern Italy and adding an international twist. The five-course pairing menu is priced at 350AED, matched with specially crafted drinks. Tickets.
