The Loyal Miami

A sophisticated neighborhood brasserie, via New York City, inspired by Michelin-starred chef John Fraser’s love of the American tavern.

The West Village American-style brasserie takes its inspiration from coastal taverns and European brasseries, serving seasonal, sharing plates with a twist on both comfort-food dishes and cocktails. Chef and restaurateur John Fraser is also behind New York staples such as Narcissa, Dovetail and the Michelin-starred NIX. With The Loyal Miami (in the Esplanade at Aventura complex), Fraser sets out to offer "casual indulgence with the warmth of your favorite local." Dishes on the West Village menu include: rabbit pressed with cabbage mayo and truffles, drunken eggs with chile oil and smoked salt, stuffed chicken wings, and a burger with duck fat tator tots.

Signature Dishes

Fresh Black Bass ceviche; Wagyu steak tartare; Long Island duck and Piedmontese burger with the 22-step tomato.
