The butcher behind the global Nusr-et chain of grill houses, Nusret Gökçe (aka ‘Salt Bae’), who became a social media phenomenon for his meat-cutting and salt-drizzling skills, has vowed to become the “world’s greatest butcher" and has already branched out with outposts from New York to London. His burger concept (opening in DIFC, there's also branches in New York and Istanbul) showcases Turkish cuisine derived from the menu of its counterpart.
