Newly opened Vermuteria is collaborating with Cocchi Vermouth and Americano to serve a six-course menu with accompanying cocktails.
Giorgio Bava, sixth generation of the family which produces Cocchi Vermouth and Americano, will guide you through the history of the brand which was founded in Piedmont, Italy, in 1891. Imbibe on a selection of cocktails to complement each dish on the menu, which includes Padron peppers and caramelised goat’s cheese, accompanied by a Cocchi Rosa & Rosemary soda cocktail; Parma ham & Parmigiano croquettes paired with a Cocchi di Torino vermouth with rosemary and olive tonic water; and veal ragu gnocchi matched with a Cocchi Barolo Chinato.
