Chef Zaw Mahesh is heading to the restaurant on April 10 to fuse Lahpet’s South Asian street-food flavours with the Latin American cooking of Oriole’s Gustavo Giallonardo. The four-course menu (priced at £35) consists of taster plates that include silken truffle tofu, ginger salad tostadas and dreamy cassava coconut cake. To accompany the feast - the evening’s entertainment begins at 9.00pm with music by London-based jazz band, Baraka, playing a mix of South African swing, Caribbean shuffle and Brazilian beats.
