Acclaimed Italian chef and restaurateur Angelo Elia is bringing his Tuscan-style cuisine to Aventura.
Italian-born Angelo Elia cooked in New York before opening his flagship restaurant Casa D’Angelo in Fort Lauderdale in 1998 and has gone on to open sister restaurants in Boca Raton and Paradise Island, Bahamas. Expect lovingly prepared Italian dishes from traditional family recipes that have been passed down for generations - with a welcome modern flourish and dedication to “tutto su gli ingredienti,” or “it’s all about the ingredients.” Dishes include, many familiar dishes, such as signature lasagna and fresh potato gnocchi topped with homemade tomato and basil sauce and fresh buffalo mozzarella.
