Wolfgang’s Steakhouse was originally founded by Wolfgang Zwiener in 2004, a 41-year veteran of Peter Luger - NYC's most storied steakhouse, on New York’s Park Avenue. There are now outlets across Asia and throughout the US as well as a rumoured London opening. A New York City staple for nearly a dozen years Wolfgang's Steakhouse is the respected authority for USDA prime steak, dry aged on the premises; impeccable service; and an expansive Wine Spectator-recognized wine list.
