Known for his clever riffs on classic pastries - such as his Instagram-famous creations including the Paris-Brestas and his celebrated Chocolate Tonka Bean Éclair - made famous at his Galleries Lafayette patisserie. Expect the design to be modern and fresh, with a chevron wood façade and one long case filled with breakfast pastries, granolas, tartes, eclairs, cakes, and beautiful chocolate bars. A counter with bar stools runs the length of the window for guests to eat-in.
