Rustic Canyon's Jeremy Fox latest venture is tucked away within Santa Monica’s Bergamot Station. This indoor-outdoor neighborhood spot (designed by Montalba Architects - Cassia, Nobu Malibu) is named for his daughter and grandmother and plays on cultural and regional cookery from around the country, including the chef's Midwestern family upbringing. 

As one of the country’s pioneering farm-to-table chefs expect a fresh spin and playful interpretation of rustic and comforting European fare that’s evolved to American tastes over the course of generations - recipes that have changed and been passed down to reflect regional traditions and ingredients. Dishes like grilled daikon radish piccata and whole roast chicken with dilly matzoh ball soup.
