Cabra - Los Angeles by Stephanie Izard

A stylish Peruvian-inspired rooftop restaurant from the Top Chef and James Beard Award-winner and a follow up to Cabra’s first location in Chicago.

The rooftop, poolside restaurant and bar features Peruvian-inspired food from Stephanie Izard. This is the second Chicago-based restaurant to expand to Los Angeles under Izard - who's also behind the Girl and the Goat in the Arts District. Expect an airy, greenery-laden design with corner-to-corner skyline views.

Cabra's menu (served inside - with pull back roof - and out) highlights both the Latin and Japanese aspects of Peruvian cuisine - with dishes and coastal vibe similar to the Chicago location with Izard’s style of shareable dishes that take flavors from around the world. The menu includes ceviches and tiraditos, plus empanadas, hot and cold botanas, and other dishes ranging from beef heart anticuchos to entrees of chicharron del puerco (“skin-on fatty pork shank”) and whole snapper.
