The Lanesborough Grill

A richly decorated dining room showcasing a modern and subtly sophisticated take on traditional British cooking.

The reimagined flagship restaurant is home to Executive Chef Shay Cooper’s modern and innovative British cookery, with a focus on seasonal produce from around the country. Cooper joins The Lanesborough from the iconic Notting Hill restaurant Julie’s, prior to which he worked at The Goring as Executive Chef for six years - and when the hotel was awarded its first star.

Dishes change frequently with key signature dishes served tableside on Gueridon trolleys at the table. In addition, there will be a set menu available at lunch and dinner. Expect subtle flavours with a quiet sophistication displayed in dishes such as Coronation crab salad with curry leaf sabayon and roast turbot on the bone with a potted shrimp bearnaise.

The richly decorated dining room (previoulsy known as Celeste) is naturally illuminated during the day by a domed glass roof while seductively aglow under softly lit chandeliers in the evening.
