Nic's on Beverly

An eponymous plant-based restaurant, dishing up meat free Californian cuisine.

The Nic in question is Nic Adler, the restauranteur behind Monty’s Good Burger plant-based restaurants, the Eat Drink Vegan festival and who also oversess the catering at Coachella. With this eponymous eaterie (with outdoor dining area) he's enlisted chef Steven Fretz (who co-founded Top Round) to dish up comforting and nostalgic meat free plant-based dishes - such as crispy rice with avocado and chicharron made with fried yuba - alongside vegan-friendly innovative cocktails by Block Party's Jason Eisner.
