The intimate 30-seater street-food style restaurant, focuses on Nipponese cuisine specifically kushiyaki skewers alongside ramen dishes and steamed bun burgers. Other dishes include stuffed rice chicken wings, new style gunkan sushi, and Singaporean chicken rice with a twist.
A departure from the much-lauded Singaporean chef Othman’s previous high-end establishments such as Zuma, Play, and The Experience, REIF will also have sustainability at it's core. Interior designer Carolina Rey de Castro has worked with Othman to reflect his quirky and casual style in the aesthetic, while local Lebanese artist Lauris Zailaa has created a vibrant and interactive 3D panel.
