St tropez's oldest club venue has undergone an impressive transformation from old-school disco Papagayo to become Gaïo - the Riviera's first club-restaurant. Nikkei pioneering chef Luis Arevalo, whose Madrid restaurant Gaman introduced the cuisine to Spain, has created an on-trend Japanese-South American menu. Try the discovery (4 course) and selection (5 course) menus to be introduced to Arevalo's signature dishes.

The stylishly modern decor still evokes period French design, celebrating the 55 years that the Malortigue family ahs been hosting legendary nighs out on this spot.
