Created by Derek Klein and Omar Rodriguez from Grupo Casa Pueblo. La Bomba is one of Tulum's newest openings. Old meets new in this atmospheric restaurant, where colonial inspirations such as washed amarillo walls combine with hand-made artisanal tiles from Mérida, Aegean-inspired banquettes nestled into a exotic jungle setting. Head here for the ambience alone, the large open kitchen and DJ spinning discs while you dine.
