Locket's

An all-day cafe and wine bar from the family behind long-standing Mayfair stalwarts Franco's and Wilton's.

Housed in the Grade II-listed Smithson Plaza, which was originally commissioned as the headquarters for The Economist and stands today as an iconic example of 1960s modernist architecture. Locket's is an all-day cafe serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea - transitioning to a candle-lit wine and tapas bar in the evening - spilling out on the (heated) terrace of the iconic 'Economist' building. The interior design, led by Fran Hickman, “echos the feel of a 1960s Italian trattoria, and was strongly influenced by the work of the original architects”.

By day, Locket’s serves a menu of breakfast pastries, teas, coffees, smoothies and juices, followed by light salads and lunches. By night - expect light, simple small plates, focussing on European flavours.
