A neighborhood Italian inspired eatery from Top Chef alums Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth.

Having made their reputations at Yardbird in Miami and on Top Chef, the culinary couple - also behind Stiltsville Fish Bar in Miami Beach and Root & Bone in South Miami and New York City - are behind this new venture, located next door to the Miami outpost of Root & Bone - even sharing their large patio. The indoor 98-seat dining room blends Italian details with Miami’s tropical vibes - with a variety of seating options including a communal table and a 10-seat bar.

The menu offers a lighter take on modern Italian cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and includes: fresh pastas, a host of vegetarian and plant-based dishes, and a lighter form of Neapolitan style pizza. Highlights include a sunflower pizza with golden tomatoes, yellow squash and pistachio pesto and chili mussels with spicy salami, Calabrian chilies and lemon.

Sunflower pizza with Sungold tomatoes, yellow squash, mint and pistachio pesto, ricotta, and sunflower seeds; chilli mussels with spicy salami, Calabrian chilies, white wine, and lemon served with sourdough bread; and chicken parmesan with burrata, San Marzano tomato sauce, and basil, served with heirloom tomato salad.
