Having made their reputations at Yardbird in Miami and on Top Chef, the culinary couple - also behind Stiltsville Fish Bar in Miami Beach and Root & Bone in South Miami and New York City - are behind this new venture, located next door to the Miami outpost of Root & Bone - even sharing their large patio. The indoor 98-seat dining room blends Italian details with Miami’s tropical vibes - with a variety of seating options including a communal table and a 10-seat bar.
The menu offers a lighter take on modern Italian cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and includes: fresh pastas, a host of vegetarian and plant-based dishes, and a lighter form of Neapolitan style pizza. Highlights include a sunflower pizza with golden tomatoes, yellow squash and pistachio pesto and chili mussels with spicy salami, Calabrian chilies and lemon.
