Steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, Seawell is the latest addition to Washington Avenue restaurants. The American seafood restaurant - in a lovingly restored 1930s historic Art Deco building - focuses on local seafood and raw bar selections including reimagined shellfish platters - led by executive chef Julian Garriga (SRA. Martinez and Macchialina). The restaurant boasts a nautical theme complemented by an outdoor lounge and patio area that can be used for communal dining.

Located just steps away in the restaurant’s back patio, the Mermaid Lounge hosts a 36-seat “secret garden”, named after its original decorative wall mosaic of a sea siren. The Mermaid Lounge offers additional relaxed al fresco seating.
