The Gramercy by Roman Jones

A grand and vibrant American brasserie-style destination restaurant from Miami's nightlife impresario, Roman Jones.

Nightlife veteran and Opium Group founder Roman Jones is already behind several of Miami's most sought after new spots; including the boho-chic Kiki on the River and the Asian 'clubstaurant' The Mandrake. This venture (replacing long-standing Tarpon Bend in Coral Gables) features “an approachable menu of updated American classics" such as lobster melts, table-side tossed Caesar salad etc. and a lively atmosphere - with design nods from “New York power dining rooms” - think exposed brick and opulent beaux-arts touches - a small sushi bar and outside courtyard. Open daily, from 11.30am.
